91 day antibody production package guinea pig protocol
91-Day guinea pig Antibody Production Package
PRFAL's 91-Day Guinea Pig Polyclonal Antibody Production Protocol is designed to provide researchers with high-quality custom antibodies generated through a carefully managed immunization and serum collection schedule. The protocol includes a pre-bleed, five immunizations, five immune bleeds, and ongoing animal maintenance over a 91-day period, allowing for the development of a strong and sustained immune response. Serum samples are collected at key intervals throughout the study to monitor antibody production and evaluate immune response, with prompt shipment of designated collections for analysis. Guinea pigs are often selected for specialized research applications due to their unique immune response and ability to generate antibodies against antigens that may be less immunogenic in other species. For projects requiring additional antibody production, flexible extension options are available, including booster immunizations, additional production bleeds, and extended maintenance periods to support ongoing research needs.
