91 - Day Polyclonal Antibody Production in Rat and Mice

The 91 Day Protocol includes Setup, Prebleed, five immunizations, five immune bleeds, and maintenance. This protocol includes a total of three Rats or three Mice. This Protocol can be extended if additional serum is required.

Day 0- Pre-Bleed/Immunization

Day 14- Immunization

Day 28 - Immunization

Day 42- Bleed/ Immunization (sera to be shipped 0,42 with in 24hrs)

Day 56 - Immunization

Day 63 - Bleed

Day 70- Bleed (Bleed days 63,70 ship within 24hrs)

Day 77- Immunizations

Day 84 - Bleed

Day 91- Bleed or Final Bleed  (Approximate volume of sera provided per animal for the duration of the protocol is 1-4 ml).

For Open Projects, the Client can choose one of the Following Extensions:

EXTENSION A: Boost and Bleed- Includes 1 Boost immunization, 1 additional bleed, and 28 days of additional maintenance.

EXTENSION B: Production-Includes 4 production bleeds, 1 boost immunizations, and 28 days of additional maintenance.

EXTENSION C: Hold - Animals are held pending your decision to proceed: no boosts or bleeds.
