FUSION PROTEIN ANTIBODY PROTOCOL IN RABBITS

FUSION PROTEIN ANTIBODY PROTOCOL IN RABBITS

Our experience shows that this protocol works well for certain fusion protein antigens. Please note that the immunization schedule includes two intradermal injections and one intravenous injection.

For intravenous (IV) injections, the antigen preparation must be able to pass easily through a 23-gauge needle and must be formulated in PBS buffer.

Please note that this protocol is not suitable for antigens formulated in a gel.
